Meeting our responsibility to our people, our customers and our planet means managing our supply chain responsibly. All our suppliers must agree to our Code of Conduct for Business Partners , and we carry out a thorough sustainability audit program to make sure they are living up to it. It sets out our policies and principles on business ethics, human rights and labor standards, health and safety, and the environment.
Our policies and the Code of Conduct for Business Partners are further based on United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, United Nations Global Compact, ILO Tripartite Declaration of Principles concerning, Multinational Enterprises and Social Policy, OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and ISO 14001.

Our authorised ABLOY distributors around the world are trained to assist our customers in the sustainable selection, installation, use, maintenance and recycling of our products.
To provide training of the highest standard, we have created ABLOY ACADEMY. While we are constantly striving to create new products and better solutions, with ABLOY ACADEMY we aim to to ensure that the service provided by the authorised party and the physical product designed and manufactured in Joensuu factory represent the same high quality.
