By creating trust among people, businesses and the whole of society, we ensure growth, security and wellbeing. Trust is the foundation we build on in an ever-changing world. Through trust, we can make the world a better place for us all.
We share the ASSA ABLOY Group’s core values – Empowerment, Innovation, Integrity – with our 51,000 colleagues in more than 70 countries. We have trust in people and offer opportunities to explore. We dare to innovate ourselves, our products and our industry. We believe that great things can be achieved by being respectful, open and honest.
Strong community is also one of our keys to success – the four main pillars of the ABLOY brand.
Our ambition and vision is to be an injury-free workplace. Safety is a priority for us even before the factory gates - we have several of ways to support safe commuting for our employees. We have a wide-ranging health and safety policy that includes training, preventing injuries and looking out for ourselves and each other. We continuously organise safety walks at our factory to make safety observations and identify areas for improvement through discussion with employees.
In addition, we hold workshops with our people to help them learn more about managing risks and taking both individual and collective responsibility for working safely. All issues related to work are easily reviewed on real-time updated visual management screens around our factory.

We have always been actively involved in the important work of our local community organisations, charities, cultural events and sports clubs. One of our long-standing partners at national level is Sininauhasäätiö and their A Street Is Not a Home campaign.
A Street Is Not a Home is an annual fundraising campaign for homeless young people. For 60 years Sininauhasäätiö has given thousands of homeless people a home, regardless of drug, economic, or mental health problems or criminal history. People with a place to call their own have a significantly better chance to use their will and power to get their lives together.
