APPENDIX 1 - DESCRIPTION OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Purposes of the processing
The Sub-processor will process personal data for the provision of the Services under the Master Agreement and to fulfill its obligations under the Data Processing Agreement.
Description of the processing of personal data
For the provision of the Services, the Sub-processor will carry out the following processing activities:
· Provision of the Cliq web manager system
· Provision of the Cliq Connect mobile application
· Ad Hoc 3rd line support review of local Cliq data bases

Place of processing
Personal data relating to Cliq products is processed by the Sub-processor in the Republic of Ireland.
Frequency of the processing and transfers
Transfers are continuous during the term of the Agreement.
Technical and Organizational Security Measures
The technical and organizational security measures that the Sub-processor shall implement in order to safeguard and protect the personal data subject to processing under this Data Processing Agreement is outlined in Annex II of the Model Clauses included in Appendix 2 to this Data Processing Agreement.
